Adam Klausner is General Counsel of Ithaca Title Agency LLC where he provides strategic counsel to executive leadership, manages risk across complex real estate and title transactions, and ensures the company’s adherence to state and federal regulatory frameworks. With a distinguished career in real estate and corporate law, Adam brings a depth of experience in title insurance, property law, contract negotiation, and business operations. His expertise in navigating legal and regulatory challenges allows Ithaca Title Agency to deliver services with precision, security, and confidence to its clients and business partners.

Adam earned his Juris Doctor from the Cornell Law School and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and is an active member of professional associations in the fields of real estate and title law. As General Counsel, Adam is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, fostering a culture of compliance, and supporting the continued growth and success of Ithaca Title Agency. In addition to his title industry expertise, Adam is a Senior Lecturer at Cornell University, where he teaches real estate, entrepreneurship, and the law of e-commerce in the SC Johnson College of Business.
