Cynthia M. Manning

Cynthia joined Ithaca Title in late 2025 as a Title Officer and Abstractor. She brings more than three decades of experience in lending, real estate, and financial services. After earning a business degree with a concentration in marketing, Cynthia began her career in financial services and entered the mortgage lending industry in 1993.

Cynthia advanced through a wide range of leadership roles in mortgage lending, including Loan Officer, Underwriter, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Corporate Trainer. In 2010, she became a partner at Twin Tier Mortgage, where she helped grow a family-oriented business focused on strong customer service and expanded offerings, including credit counseling services.

In 2016, Cynthia transitioned into the legal and title industry, gaining extensive experience in title abstracting, title insurance, and complex real estate transactions, including work involving oil and gas, solar, and wind projects.

Cynthia is dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and continued professional growth, and is committed to providing Ithaca Title’s clients with dependable service that inspires trust and confidence.  She is also a paralegal at the Klausner Cook, PLLC law firm in Ithaca, NY.
