Beyond his title industry expertise, Nate serves as an educator at Cornell University, where he teaches entrepreneurship, commercialization, and venture capital transactions in the SC Johnson College of Business. Nate is also a long-time aircraft pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings, and he brings the same precision and attention to detail that aviation demands to every title transaction, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all aspects of the closing process.
